Nice and thick!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This cream is nice and thick but it also soaks into your skin quickly and does not leave a sticky residue or make you hot. Very lighlty scented. You don't even need to use much as it is highly spreadable.

Overrated trash
When this went on sale for $17 dropping from $50, I was excited to try, as it also reminded me of the Body Shop Shea body butter that used to be so smooth and creamy but weirdly got dry in later models. However when this came in the mail, it wasn’t smooth, it wasn’t shiny, and the scent was light. It was absolute garbage that wasn’t even that much and for sure was not worth $50. I’m not sure why Nordstrom is carrying such a fake, trashy, and overpriced brand. Wouldn’t recommend in the slightest

Ordered on line and just received. Bought as a gift and decided to open, glad I did as it had been used. Returned to store. Should have took a picture. Not sure why I felt like I was being looked at like I had used it and trying to return it.

Great body butter
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like this body butter. have some good things going for it:
1 - It smells good. The shea flavor is a nice, almost neutral flavor; it has a sort of chocolatey smell to it.
2 - It has no parabens. This is a big plus for me, as it can be difficult to find a good lotion or body butter without them.
3 - It’s nice and thick, the way you want a body butter to be. And yet, it rubs in and absorbs really well. It doesn’t leave you greasy or anything. It leaves your skin feeling nice and silky.

Nice, thick body butter!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like thicker body butters over thin, runny lotions, but I don’t like ones that are too raw and too thick they don’t spread in easily. Not the case here! This Lovery Shea Butter is not too thick, and rubs in well like a good, thick lotion! (Essentially that’s what it is, I guess.) This one doesn’t have an overwhelming or strong smell which I also really like. It’s moisture rich and leaves skin feeling moisturized and not greasy. I’m a fan. I like the shape of the tub, it’s not so short and squatty that it takes up too much surface real estate, not so tall it won’t fit in a bathroom drawer or cabinet, and the opening is a good size that it’s not hard to get to the product, and not at this shallow weird angle I end up just filling under my nails with the product. It’s just a really good size and shape. I would recommend this to anyone looking for some hydrating, thicker lotion/cream. No reactions to skin, tried many areas to be sure.
