Setsu Genuine Shearling Lined Ankle Boot (Women)

Love these boots! The shearling is really high quality and keeps my feet warm. Also cushioned and comfortable. The two zippers make it easy to get on and off. Also can partially zip it for a looser fit which is nice. Does run slightly small so I would size up if between sizes. Also the packaging and tote bag it comes with said these boots are handmade, which is cool!

Was sent a used pair of boots in a random generic shoe box, no stuffing, no LaidBack London bag. The boots were dirty on the bottom. They also had a stain on the back upper ankle area. I called and was offered $40 off. No thank you. I returned. Nordstrom you can do better. Used Dirty $$ Boots. How very unacceptable and not expected from a high end department store like Nordstrom. Yuck- Do Better. There was even a piece of grass in box.
