The 8" Pan is perfect for eggs while the 10"pan is best for scrambles and omelets. I've even put them in the oven.

Everything sticks
Everything sticks to these pans. Everything. There is not enough olive oil or butter on the planet to keep stuff from sticking to these pans. Low heat, high heat, doesn’t matter. So not worth the price.

I would not recommend these pans at all. Save your money!
I thought these pans would be a good investment for my kitchen. 100% regret this purchase and wish I would have saved my money. Upon first use of the smaller pan the pan completely discolored and everything sticks to it. It is impossible to clean and my husband said to just throw it out at this point. I called for info on the warranty because I spent so much money on these pans and they refused to cover the cost of anything - said the warranty doesn't cover that even after sending multiple photos.

Love the way the heat is dispersed to cook the food
I use it for frying and sauteing. The flavor of the food is enhanced in these skillets!! Love to cook with them and so easy to clean!!
