Beautiful necklace but the shipping was very slow

I ordered the item on a Monday, the status said "shipped" but it wasn't actually shipped, only the shipping label was created. The company (this isn't sold by Nordstrom) didn't actually bring the item to USPS to be shipped until more than a week later, on the following Tuesday.
