Fit awkward
Wanted to really love this. The slip dress is really large around the bust and kind of tight at the hips. I have a small chest and skinny/athletic build. Not flattering for my body type. Also note: the dress in the video has a cowl neck. This dress does not.

A Good Idea
The sweater is connected to the dress straps by those little chain stitch threads - which I suppose you can cut to wear them separately. I ordered this in a 12 and 14 and the 12 was too small - as bias cut items often are. The 14 fit through the hips but the top was too big. Plus it was just below my knee and I prefer things like this to be longer. I had ordered one size in navy and one in black and I liked them both. The turtle neck on the sweater is pretty high and tight.

Not Worth It
I bought this during the Nordstrom sale. I was so excited! It looks like a very elegant dress, but it’s very cheaply made for the price (even on sale) and the mock sweater fits oddly. It was loose in weird areas. The strap broke off as soon as I tried it on.

Good quality, but not great for me
This dress felt like the quality was great. Sold was soft and top draped nicely. Unfortunately for me the cut was off with the proportions of my body and looked odd.
