DO NOT pay for expedited shipping with Nordstrom
I was so excited to purchase the brown multi mule and paid $10 for expedited shipping at checkout. After not receiving any shipping info I checked in to see where my order was at in the fulfillment process. My order is delayed and will not be receiving on the initial time line of which I paid for expedited shipping. Nordstrom customer service was AWFUL to work with on this issue - they took no accountability whatsoever. The answer was that the shoe is shipping directly from Sam Edelman, thus they cannot guarantee shipping. I questioned why I was even able to select expedited shipping if that was the case and the agent responded that it's clear in checkout if the item is shipping from another source. As we were chatting I went into the item, picked the exact same color / size, and was still able to add to my bag and choose expedited shipping. There is no information on it shipping from another source. THIS IS NOT RIGHT. Nordstrom is willingly taking extra money on services they cannot guarantee. Such a disappointment - the customer service at this company has gone downhill.

Poor quality on inner lining of mule
Sadly the inner lining of the mule came detached from the base after a few hours of wear. Returned to Nordstrom the next day. Nice looking mule but not so sure about the quality. For something at $140, one would expect the craftsmanship to be better quality.

Cute shoe….but
Cute shoe…..but won’t stay on, just wore in house to see how i liked, shoe won’t stay on, you can’t grip your toes due to the pointy toe, and it is painful when your foot slips out while walking. I’d suggest getting a different mule.

I GOT SENT USED SHOES
So, I waited about a week for these shoes to come in the mail only to find they LITERALLY SEND ME USED SHOES!! And not a little used. At first I noticed they had creases and I was like weird... then I took out the stuffing and YALL. THE SOLES OF THE SHOES WERE LITERALLY BLACK. THE BOTTOM OF THE SHOES WERE BLACK. I was like this cannot be real. I unwrapped the other shoe and sure enough, THEY SENT ME A WORN PAIR OF SHOES. I was so shocked, especially shocked because the shoes were not minorly worn, but, like, VERY VERY worn. I am FUMING. I paid $150 for USED SHOES???? THIS IS RIDICULOUS! And i've been seeing on social media that I am not the only one that has been sent used shoes from Nordstrom! I thought this was a high end department store? But nope, its giving Macy's. I AM SO MAD!!

This shoe is beautiful! The raspberry velvet is everything. TTS, good quality for the price and the slide style is spot on. Deducted one point because they are a little too wide for my narrow foot. I’m exchanging for the loafers in the same exact fabric & color. If you have a wider foot these would be great in many colors.
