Medium Cassandra Envelope Bag

This has to be the most beautiful bag I have ever set my eyes on. From the color, to the size it’s beyond perfect. Unfortunately I ordered this bag mid September was sold out. The one I got was a return. Sadly had some flaws so I returned it. But if it didn’t I would have kept it. I hope they bring this color Dune back. It’s perfect & I want so bad!

Absolutely returning this bad, paying full price and receiving it in the condition I did is unacceptable. $3k and you ship it in an open plastic bag - with nothing (any kind of protection, plastic stickers to protect hardware or straps or anything???, pathetic “after return” store tags attached .. warning me I can’t return it if they are removed - ha, it’s been used!, the hardware is scratched and edges have wear. Clearly a used item/maybe display? You lost my business thankfully this wasn’t my first designer purchase or this would have been a bigger slap in the face!

Wow, Nordstrom! I grew up in Seattle and was always a loyal Nordstrom shopper because of that but after the last several issues I’ve experienced with quality and now this, I think I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. I ordered this bag in the color “Dune” and based on the color shown online I knew I would love the bag having already purchased it elsewhere in a different color. However the bag I received was the most disgusting shade of brownish- green I’ve ever seen- this color isn’t even on the Nordstrom site! The rep who helped me return it was laughing about how bad it was and looked up the color and apparently it’s actually “Hazel Green” which isn’t even on the Nordstrom site in this bag style. I’m sorry, but if I’m going to spend over $3K on a bag, I want to get what I ordered which I can get at the Saint Laurent boutique or at Neiman Marcus. I won’t make the same mistake again.
