Best luggage ever
Absolutely the best luggage! Light and durable. Couldn’t ask for more. Some old-schoolers may be afraid of zippers and lightweight but they don’t know new materials. This is awesome luggage. Ours has survived planes, trains, automobiles and ferries. Lots of space, ease of use and gorgeous!

Poor design
Both dividers broke after 4 uses and they are not covered by the warranty. They are $92 each to replace plus $30 for shipping. Such a joke after paying almost $900 for this suitcase that advertises an indestructible design and an amazing warranty.

Don't waste your time ordering
This bag is so poorly made, it's hard to describe. The front of the clamshell is held together with just the zipper. if you pick it up by the top handle when its empty, the front of the bag sags down about an inch.The back of the bag is only fastened with a leather hinge that is about 1 1/2" wide. I can't imagine what it would do fully loaded. It looks cheap. I returned it immediately. I had also purchased a new hybrid model from another retailer, and as soon as I pulled that one out of the box, i knew it was going back too. The huge silver name plate looks cheesy. It was put over the old add a bag feature. Ended up buying two bags from the older line limbo that were made before the new ownership of the brand. They are like night and day.

Zipper hard to operate. With the price that they think they deserve to be paid, you would think that they will at least give you quality. But no. This luggageIs a let down. Cheaper less known brand name are much better compared to this piece of garbage

Poor quality
I was so excited to use this luggage for the first time (it was my first Rimowa too!!) but so dismayed when the tsa lock broke while at the airport! I can't believe I traveled international with all of my stuff unsecured! Returned this luggage as soon as I got back from my trip.

Rimowa Completely Disapointed
The new Rimowa suitcases are complete junk. If you are going to pay this money, buy a limbo or the older brands. I immediately returned this literally laughing at the thought someone would buy for the lowered quality standards.
