First use
This is a replacement for a previous malfunctioning sauna blanket. This blanket is better quality and worked well on my first use. My hope is that this one will continue to work!

High Quaity, Great Temp Range, Couple Need to Know Things
Received my Pro sauna blanket a week ago and have used it on 2 settings: 4 and 7. All the included pieces are excellent quality and easily cleaned. The blanket is about 18 lbs which means 9 lbs is laying on you. Large remote is easy to see and operate but you will need to be close to a plug. The remote plugs into the blanket on the bottom with one cord going to plug and other goes to the remote placed near top of blanket. Each cord is about 6’. Be aware of a few things: 1) the silver detox wraps block the effects of the far-infrared so you are getting the benefits of temperature for detox only 2) Must be on heat-resistant surface, not carpets or deformable surfaces. I chose not to risk laminate or wood floors. I have a place in my workshop on concrete that I can use a 1” yoga mat under it and will be ok. For easy cleaning, I lay on a towel and have one on top of me. I also lay put a towel to cover the top opening to keep the heat in.

Sauna Blanket upgrade replacment
I had the previous version of the blanket and used it regularly as a part of my post exercise recovery and relaxation routine. I used it whilst on a massage bed with a redlight treatment on my face for 20-30 mins. After such a session i felt completely rejuvanated. I did miss the blanket whist it was being replaced. So it was so nice to get a better product. it is heavier and better material
