Hester Crepe Top

Every reformation item I’ve ordered from Nordstrom has been used and worn. I’ve really had it with ordering from Nordstrom online. I receive obviously used, worn, and returned items, and that’s just gross. There’s no quality checking happening before they send items out. Deodorant stains, strong perfume smells, has Nordstrom become a thrift store? I didn’t realize Nordstrom has become a Goodwill. Getting pretty fed up with the online shopping experience. If obviously used and returned these items should be on sale and discounted.

I am usually a size 8. 36C, waist 29. The bust area is oddly fit. I can’t tell if it’s cause I need more boob because the fabric by the armpit and top of boob area is flippant, so not sure if it was just stretched out or I didn’t fill it enough. The rest of the torso is true to fit due to the smocked back. Another thing that makes me consider returning is the shoulder straps. They are too long and cannot be modified.
