Looks Slick & Works Well
I have a number of the older model of the Sensor Pump Foam dispenser. This newer model makes very fine bubbles. The only thing I am still getting used to is that the LED is very small the shows charging status. I kind of liked the glowing ring on the prior model better. This is a keeper.

Disappointed in Nordstrom Customer Service
I am completely disappointed with Nordstrom’s customer service with this order. I originally placed an order for two Simplehuman foam soap pumps, of which one was canceled by Nordstrom due to lack of inventory. The pump I did receive arrived in a clear plastic bag instead of its original packaging, and was also missing all of its accessories. To top it off, the plastic bag stated it’s a “Last Chance Used” item.
It is absolutely insulting to pay full price only to receive an opened, used item without its original accessories, manuals, charger, etc. This unfortunately isn’t the first time I’ve received used or missing items at Nordstrom. I’m hesitant to ever buy anything from Nordstrom again.

Sent used pump and old version
This was clearly used and the box not sealed. The pump was dirty and an older model not the new one with the new charge as pictured. Others commented on being sent used models as well. Nordstrom’s this is unacceptable

Beautiful and solid, but has a tendency to dribble!
This is a really beautiful bit of kit. Slightly confusing unboxing as it came with tablets for the soap and instructions on how it works with them, but they don’t seem to make them anymore. So not really sure what to do when it runs out, add a bit of soap and the rest of water?! I’ll have to do some trial and error. It also leaves a dribble after a dispense which is annoying/disappointing and if you try and wipe it off, you are left with another dribble and could get stuck in a cycle. Not sure details I would have expected from an expensive and well designed item like this. But it is beautiful.

It is a huge problem when you purchase this product and are not able to purchase additional sop tablets for refills.
