What it is: A powerful balm that firms and smoothes the delicate skin around the neck and décolletage.
What it does: It blends sea buckthorn oil, one of the richest known plant sources of fatty acid Omega-7, with the unique Mediterranean algae padina pavonica to help hydrate, nourish and reduce the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines. Skin-firming tree fern extract and chlorella vulgaris visibly improve the appearance of skin elasticity and smoothness to reduce the appearance of crepiness and skin slackening.
How to use: Apply directly to cleansed skin morning and evening. If your skin requires more moisture, layer with additional Pro-Collagen moisturizing products. Let absorb thoroughly before putting on clothes.

Collagen Benefits
Now that I'm considered in the old age stage of my life, I've found that moisturizing products with collagen are the best for me. However, since I'm retired, expense becomes an issue. This wonderful Elemis product is a balm that works on neck, chest, and I can even smooth around lip wrinkles before my night's sleep. I've already noticed a big difference in the softening of surface lines, as collagen is what is really needed for me, and Elemis seems to be one of the few product lines that carries many different types of collagen skin soothers. They almost always have a special when I make my purchases, and the one included this time was also a great way for my skin to improve through collagen therapy, via their Marine Cream.

This made my neck lines worse.
I never write reviews but my disappointment in this product surprised me. I’ve used the eye cream in the past and truly loved it, but after using this cream, I’m actually watching the lines in my neck get deeper and more defined. I’d normally wait and use for longer to see intended results, but the decline in my neck appearance is too severe to continue. I’m returning and going back to PCA Skin.
