Thin maybe cotton material and runs large.
I wear a Medium, but buy shirts in a large because I am big chested. This runs very large. I am washing it and hope it shrinks a little; otherwise I will return it. I looked everywhere on the shirt to see what it was made of. Could not find anything and it does not feel cotton-ey. It is thin.
