fabric was way too thin!
I really wanted to love this dress, but unfortunately it missed the mark for me. The fabric felt cheaply made and didn’t have the structure or stretch needed to hug and accentuate the body. Instead of flattering, it fell a bit flat.
The sleeves were also much too long, which made the overall fit feel off and unrefined. For a brand like Princess Polly, I expected better quality—this honestly felt more like something you’d get from SHEIN.
Disappointing overall, especially because the style had so much potential.

great fabric
This runs somewhat small, not exaggerated small though. I do have bigger arms than most so maybe that’s why, I’m usually a medium large. I’m 5’0 and 138lbs but the small fit a bit snug. Will be exchanging for a medium, but overall it’s a beautiful little black dress well made. The little flared sleeves add a cute style to it. Also, the chest area is a bit small and I’m really flat so maybe size up a bit?, however if you are gifted in that area I guaranteed it’ll look nice on you.
