Porter Knee High Boot (Women)

I first purchased these in the spiced pecan leather, and I love them. I decided to purchase them in the black suede in the black suede was so cheap that I had to look them over because they looks like they had been worn before. I am not sure if these shoes came directly from Nordstrom or if they came from the Sam Edelman website, but I am tired of buying shoes from Nordstrom where they don’t come package properly. It’s like someone tried these on and returned them and threw them in the box and the employee Open the box up and then just mailed them to somebody else. The boots were not in there covers and the proper packaging wasn’t inside the boots to make sure that they stay sturdy and don’t get crease marks. For boots that are over $200 I expect Nordstrom to do better. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I have received shoes that look like they have been worn and just thrown in a box and shipped to me.

First of all the quality of the black suede is really nice especially for this price point. I have a narrow long foot and my calf’s are thin. Unfortunately the boot shafts is a little too wide for me even though I ordered the Medium width. But, I’m going to keep these because they made so many outfits in my closet look great. Good quality at a reasonable price compared to other knee high boots. Love the heel height too!
