Copenhagen Windowpane Check Cotton Blanket

Be aware that this is a very heavy blanket for being cotton. The fabric is tightly woven almost like flannel. Also, the instructions said to "line dry". As if that is going to happen living in a townhome in suburbia! I always wash bedding before use so into the dryer it went! No issues with drying on medium-high heat except for the MASSIVE lint structure that was created. Good thing I opened the dryer mid-cycle to check otherwise I fear a fire (?) maybe could have started no joke with the amount of lint that was created. Hoping the next time it's washed lint will not be an issue. Otherwise great quality blanket for fall/winter. Also bought the matching throw.
