How to use: Begin by applying Smart Lip Plumping Serum onto clean and dry lips, and only on your lips. Allow it to absorb for 60 seconds. Power on your device. Firmly press the Plumping Tip onto your lip, creating a tight seal to get the best vacuum suction for plumping. Use PMD Kiss on the six sections of your lips. For more plumping, use it on the inner lip tissue as well as the outer lip tissue. Allow the device to pulse 10–20 times on each section of your lips. You will hear the vacuum pulsing.
