Plaid Crop Jacket

I knew the texture of the material would not be like smooth wool, but this coat was pretty shaggy looking. I felt it was overpriced for the looks of it. Someone else might enjoy the long shaggy fibers of it, I did not. I wear a 10 and it fit perfectly. It rides just very slightly below the waist. Very nice style if you like a shorter jacket. I loved everything about the jacket except the material. If you don't mind a shaggy look, you will probably like it. Sadly, I am sending it back.

Took awhile to receive, but it finally got here. Lovely, quality jacket nice heavier weight for wearing as a spring jacket or as a blazer for someone who runs colder in the winter (like me 😉). I could have used a size 18 for my bust line, but that size wasn’t available (this was a sale item) so I settled for the 16. I wear a size large top, so I would say the jacket runs a bit small.

I love this jacket. It is warm, beautiful, fashionable and classy. I have already worn it three times. I have worn it with the matching skirt, black slacks and black straight jeans with black flat heeled boots. Perfect! I think it runs true to size. I ordered a size 4 and it fits perfectly. I am 5'5", 132 pounds, 32DDD. Ralph Lauren is one of my favorite brands and I love that the sizes are consistent. I have a suit I bought almost 30 years ago and it is still classy, beautiful and in perfect shape. The jacket is the same size jacket as I what I just bought.
