Aguadulce Slingback Wedge Sandal (Women)

I was not sure when I purchased these where I would wear them. Turns out everywhere! I wore them on multiple vacations, at backyard parties, even a beer festival. I usually wear a 7.5, size 8 fits perfectly. They are nice because they have a little height and are super comfortable. I love the light color when I have a tan. Definitely worth the investment.

Have had these a few weeks now and I love them to pieces. Pikolinos (except that they are spendy but I usually can't resist) never fail to please. These sandals are just the right height, beautifully stitched, flattering to wear, comfortable to the max. I have to use a cane for balance when I walk but these caused no problems with my walking at all. I love the way they fasten (you can tighten them up a bit if they run too loose for you.) I highly recommend. I purchase the Brandy, size 37 and they fit beautifully.

Beautiful shoes but the sizing is strange. I have another pair of Pikolinos wedge-heel sandals in a slightly different style called Mahon. I usually wear a size 10 in shoes but I ordered up and bought a size 11 in the Mahon because I have a high instep and my feet tend to swell in the summer. The Mahon style fits perfectly in size 11. I wear them all the time. Then I ordered this style — Aguadulce — in the same size. The Aguadulce in size 11 is both too short and too narrow but they fit my high instep. I exchanged for a 12. I hope they’ll fit because they’re lovely and just the right heel height. That being said, I find it annoying that there’s such a size disparity from one style to the other. I mean, you can even see the size difference when the sandals are side-by-side.
