I have been a loyal customer of Camper Pelotas for 15 years. Throughout this time, I have encountered some issues with the soles of my shoes, experiencing cracks and rapid wear. However, it is with regret that I must express my dissatisfaction with the new sole structure that you have introduced, which, in my opinion, is weaker than its predecessors. I believed that the added traction from the new teeth on the sole would prevent slipping, but to my disappointment, they wore out and eroded within the first week. My Pelotas from a decade ago did not exhibit such fragility. I implore you not to sacrifice quality for cost minimization. I will not consider purchasing another pair until the product returns to its previous level of durability. I hope you take my feedback seriously and consider maintaining the high standards that Camper has been known for in the past.
