HUGE HUGE HUGE
I was so excited about this skirt. Runs extra-large. Waist area is oddly enormous. However, the tulle is soft and lays beautifully. Not stiff or scratchy at all. I am so disappointed that it didn’t fit. Will look into alterations before I consider returning it.
