Engineered to keep you cool as your workouts heat up, this training shoe sports a lightweight mesh upper that makes it the most breathable Metcon to date. Welded overlays add structure without extraneous weight, while signature Flywire cables link the lacing to the sole for reliable, responsive lockdown. It sits on Diverse Cushioning Foam that's firmer at the heel for a secure, stable fit and softer under the forefoot for high-impact cushioning. An optional Hyperlift insert under the heel fits all Metcon shoes and promotes optimal form for squats, wall balls and thrusters. And the Durable Traction Rubber tread wraps up both sides to give you multidirectional grip for climbing ropes, pushing sleds or sprinting through circuits.

Shoe is literally mesh
You will be able to literally see your feet inside of these shoes as the mesh is true mesh with the holes going all of the way to the inside of the shoe. Without any barrier between the inside of the shoe and the outside elements, I'll have to send these back.

A year later and they’re still in good condition!! I do CrossFit 5 days out of the week and these have been the only shoes I’ve used.

Fine Nike Shoes ... No Doubts!!
We purchased these shoes for one of our Twin Grandsons. Both are very talented Soccer Stars!! These shoes are what one of our Twins chose. He makes superb decisions and knows the fine quality of Nike products ... both shoes and clothing.

Very impressed
Just wore these shoes for leg day and I am impressed. The overall fit of the shoe it great. The shoe seems to offer a wide front so my toes can breath easily. The shoe is material mesh so if your looking for something to wear in inclement weather I do not suggest these as your feet will get wet. Looking forward to more workouts in these shoes in the future.

Good shoes, but already breaking down after one month
Shoes are great for lifting and cross training. Only issue is the hard mesh upper is already tearing from the vertical stitching on the side of the shoe after one month

Nice all around shoes.
I got these Metcon 6 shoes and walked 3.5 miles the first day I had them. The more I walked in them, the more comfortable they became. Can’t wait to get them in the gym.
