Deteriorating soles
I’ve owned Featherweight sandals from Andre Assous for years; bought these recently & after one afternoon of wear the soles were peeling, making a mess on my carpeted floor. They are comfortable & I like the style — it’s too bad that they are unwearable.

Size up at least one size
These are very beautiful and very comfortable. Unfortunately, I have to return them because they are too short in length. I typically wear an 8.5 medium width and sometimes a 9 medium; I ordered a 9 based on other reviews. Now I will try a size 10 (have never worn a size 10) to get the right length. The width was perfect, very comfortable and felt secure on my feet.
