Nice not perfect
This is a nice, lightweight shirt, in neutral colors that I find useful. The stand up neck flops around a bit, unlike a prior N&Z version that had a tie, but it's OK. Some N&Z tops are cut very loose in the torso, but this one is more closely fitted, which was all right for me except it's a little tight in the hips, not enough for me to return it. Overall a useful top.
