cute and comfy wide fit loafer
I love this shoe. It is cute and supportive. I often have problems shopping online for shoes because I wear a size 11W. These were a perfect fit. I had no issues and definitely plan to purchase other colors.

heel loose
Show was very comfy and I wanted so badly to keep but one show was just too snug at my pinky toe so that it fell asleep. It may have stretched but my heels slipped out with each step so they are going back.

Beautiful shoe that's not built to fit well
I first ordered the shoe in a 6.5 Medium. It was right up against my pinky toe, and it hurt to walk in under a couple of minutes. Then I returned it and ordered a 6.5 Wide. I wanted to love and keep this shoe, so I used 3 heel grips for each shoe because although my pinky toe was comfortable, it was a 1/2 inch too wide and an inch or so too long in the back, which caused my heels to flop out.
Naturalizer needs to study all the responses and reviews in this section and fix this shoe. People want to love and PAY MONEY for this shoe but the sizing and structure (and therefore comfort and functionality) are off. Please fix this so I can order it and be happy with the purchase.
