How to use: To create a long-lasting lip look, use Velvet Matte Lip Pencil as a base color and layer additional products on top. For best color payoff and wear, apply Velvet Lip Glide on bare lips or use it to fill in lips for an intense satin to semi-matte color. To soften the sheen, blot lips and allow color to set for a few minutes. For a lip stained effect, apply color by pressing pigment into lips with your fingertip. Shake Powermatte well before use. For the most intense color, apply to clean, bare lips. For more definition, use the applicator to line your lips with remaining color. Please note that Powermatte may stain so make sure the cap is securely closed when not in use.
