'Ashley' Sandal

This is the best sandal I've ever tried. The straps are nice and wide and don't dig into one's foot. The best feature though, to me, is the arch support - the foot bed is just fantastic. I've worn this sandal walking all over Paris and Beijing, and my feet still feel great at the end of the day. They also hold up well - I am on my second summer of wearing my black pair regularly and they still looks great. Plus I think they are on the dressier side in the patent leather. I highly recommend it for anyone seeking a chic and comfortable sandal. I wear mine with skirts, dresses and jeans.

I purchased my Ashley sandel while visiting Chiago two years ago. I thought I brought comforatable shoes but my feet hurt. I went to Nordstrom and asked the clerk for a good looking comfortable shoe. She brought me an ashley, and I was sold. Of course I still tried on a dozen pairs, but I made the best choice. I LOVE this shoe. I have worn it almost every day for two summers. I just ordered two more in different colors. You'll really miss a Wonderful shoe if you pass. Did I mention I am a Hairdresser and stand ten hour days. These are great shoes.

I was looking for a sandal without a thong, leather lined with a classic style. These Naot black patent ( 9M ) fit the bill. I will say I found these shoes a tad short in the length, not unduly, but because the footbed is shaped, it rather restricts the heels and toes. They are very comfy and because the upper strap is elasticated, it helps the tread. The heel is good at 1+ inches. I hate completely flat shoes, I feel as though I am walking on my heels, so a little lift is better for me. All in all, these are a nice comfy sandal at a reasonable price ( although I think they could be slightly cheaper ). As a guide, I am a Ferragamo Gal, so am very picky about my footwear. These sandals are very good for wearing with shorts or a skirt/dress. Are they dressy enough for an evening out......maybe not.

Very comfortable shoe from the first time I tried it on. Would recommend this shoe for anyone looking for comfort and if they are suffering from plantar fasciitis. Only displeasure is the when you walk, the shoe click clacks against your foot (typical slide is sandale noise). For the price, it's disappointing, but, I've learn to not care everyone knows you are coming, as the comfort outways the noise. :-)
