Poor packaging and false pricing
Ordered during cyber Monday sale. Was listed for $398 however when it arrived the tag was $298. Seems like price was inflated for the “sale”. Order came without Monica Vinader packaging or polishing cloths. Order receipt was also not in box.

The SA lie to me
I return my David yurman ring and I saw this bracelet to her wrist and I ask her what brand is that bracelet? She told me and showed me I ask her do they have a small one? She respond oh they all one size. I said oh okay since I like the bracelet. But when I went online they have small size.

Faulty
Very disappointed the bracelet is mis-shapen and the catch is faulty. I have just returned the item to be replaced and will be looking for a refund if the replacement is not of a good standard.
