Excellent
I received a sample of this with a purchase and then bought the full size after I’d used it. I was so impressed! Leaves hair soft and like silk with a beautiful shine. And it doesn’t weigh your hair down at all. My hair is fine and long with plenty of unwanted frizziness. This gets rid of a sign of the frizz. My new favourite hair mask.

Nice product, not sure how effective it is
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very happy to be given a pot of the rescue mask to review. Just to note, I have short highlighted hair and already use Living Proof PHD shampoo and conditioner, I wash my hair daily.
I was a little confused by the claim / instruction that using the mask replaced the need for conditioner. You are instructed to use it weekly so I thought I’d use the product, then the next day go without my regular conditioner and see how that worked. Absolutely hopeless is the answer, you definitely need to condition your hair on days not using the mask.
The mask didn’t really fit with my regime to be honest. I don’t spend > 5mins in the shower (you need to leave it for 5 mins before rinsing off) so I ended up washing hair, putting mask on, washing my body, getting out of the shower for 3 mins then having to go back in to rinse the mask off. My hair was no softer than when using my usual conditioner. Just to note, I have only trialled this product for 3 weeks so no long term results can be reported.
So in short, it was a proper faff for me to use. I prefer my regular conditioner and a leave in mask (JVN do one) for occasional treatments. I definitely wouldn’t purchase this product but will probably use it up.

Love this mask!
I’m on a bit of a hair journey at the moment as it’s quite damaged at the moment. I found the mask left my hair feeling really soft and smooth. The mask is quite thick so it coats the hair well. Once blow dried it felt so soft to touch and looked so shiny. I use it once a week and love it.

SOFTEST HAIR
This mask left my hair incredibly soft and smooth. The mask is nice and thick so coats the hair well and feels nice to use. My fair felt immediately smoother after i rinsed and once I blowdried my hair it felt super soft to the touch and looked very shiny. Perfect hair mask for dry damaged or dry hair.

Like a glass of water
Received this as a trial and I absolutely loved it!
My hair is dyed with highlights and normally when I use masks, I feel like it just weighs it down and/or makes it greasy. This was like a glass of water!
Hair feels soft for days without looking heavy or greasy. The scent is delicate so that was also a big plus for me. Hair looked less frizzy and it shined beautifully.
