Ritz Chronograph Bracelet Watch, 37mm

My watch came in excellent timing according to MK’s expected shipping rates. The item itself is made of excellent quality with no missing or broken pieces and came in great packaging. Aside from that, when I took the watch out of the box with the protective stickers still on the entire outer side of the “bottom” or “end” links were EXTREMELY scratched and worn as if it was previously owned. I spoke with a sales rep when I took the watch in to be sized and we could only think of the possibilities that the wear occurred during manufacturing or if it was a display packaged from another store front. Due to having such a small wrist the majority of the damaged links were removed so I didn’t bother with swapping the item though I explained I was disappointed. This watch is not a watch I intend to have as a forever watch as I would like to upgrade in quality in the future but for the time being I would like to know that I will be receiving a quality product when making a $300 purchase from a designer. I would suggest finding in store to view the product if possible when it comes to such finer objects. The employees were very nice and very helpful. It is always a pleasure when working with the Michael Kors staff and I will continue to purchase from the brand on the future.
