Not for me
It made my head almost feel numb, and it carried over into the next day with only one capsule. I just wanted to close my eyes for the entire day after, maybe it would work well for some people but there is no way I could take this regularly.

Great product. Whether or not it works to do what it says, I'm still unsure. I notice my moods are more out of balance when I haven't taken them. However, I also stop taking them out of forgetfulness and executive dysfunction.
I do suggest that more product can easily be placed in the container. A 60-90 day supply, possibly. Biodegradable plastic would also be a better alternative.

A game changer !
