Great product

Know what you're buying
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was part of a shampoo+conditioner set. The shampoo bottle uses the same color font same size and same style as the conditioner bottle, making it practically indistinguishable from the conditioner. What they should've done was label the shampoo "1" and conditioner "2" so that you don't have to squint in the shower in order to not use the conditioner first by mistake or they could've made the bottles different colors. I started reading the ingredients in this and realized there were way too many unrecognizable chemicals in this product. The linden extract use is so far down the list which means there isn't really a lot of it in there. Also, biotin isn't absorbed topically as well as it is internally, especially from food or USP formulated vitamins. If you don't want to be putting petroleum based chemicals on your scalp, or esters, this isn't for you. If you understand that this is a cosmetic product intended to increase the appearance of volume (not increase or induce hair regrowth) and are okay with it, go ahead. This product is not intended to diagnose, cure, or treat any disease nor is it recognized by the FDA as such. This product left me with an itchy, dry scalp despite diligent use and rinsing and following of instructions and following it with use of the conditioner every time.

Great product

Didn't notice much
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have short, wavy-ish hair that often gets flattened out. I tried out this shampoo thinking it might help give it some movement and volume. The shampoo smells good and lathers well. The ingredients seem sound. Unfortunately I did not notice a change in my hair's volume.

Great product

Too thick
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This shampoo was straight up too thick to get out of the bottle. The click top nozzle was the tiniest I've ever seen in my life, and the shampoo thicker than any I've ever seen, too. The combination forced me to have to unscrew the lid to get any out.I added extra water, shook it up, and let it sit, and that made it a bit better, but it remains very thick. Also, the scent says it's citrus spice, but I can't smell any citrus in it at all, just a kind of spiced musk.
