Punchbowl 54mm PolarizedPlus^® Sunglasses

I purchased the chocolate frames with pink tint lenses. I mainly use it for driving under various sun conditions. I live in California and it pretty sunny all year round. Here are my first impressions after wearing these everyday for the past week. What I liked about the sunglasses: 1. Snug fit - I have a small heart shaped face with a very flat nose bridge. It's very very difficult to find sunglasses that sits on my nose bridge rather than my cheeks. The Punchbowl fits that bill! It flatters my face shape and doesn't slide off my nose. 2. Acceptable Wrap-around - It is not a complete wrap around the corners but it does a very nice job blocking glare from the sides. I wanted something that will prevent crows feet on around my eyes. I think this will help. I could get bigger lenses that provide greater coverage but it will sit on my cheeks so the Punchbowl is a good compromise. 3. Not fog up or leave smudges - No false advertising here. I have ran my fingers over the lens and it does not leave smudges like my other glasses. A bonus when you have kids that like to grab your stuff. Also it will not fog up which is a plus during those early morning temp changes. 4. Stylish- These are nice looking sunglasses. They do look more on the sporty side but classy and feminine enough for everyday wear. What I disliked about the sunglasses: 1. Leaves marks on my nose bridge - I like how it's snug but it's so snug that once I take it off even after wearing it for 15 mins, it leaves 2 red marks on my nose bridge from the padding on these MauiJim glasses. It goes away after awhile, still I can see how it would be annoying if you're going into a meeting! Luckily I am just shuttling kids around so I don't mind it. It was also very tight fit around both ears when it first arrived. It seemed to have loosened after a week, hopefully not more. 2. Everything looks "rosy" - Since it's a pink tint, everything does look more rose/reddish in color. The lenses make the colors more vibrant but at the same time, all a slight more rosy in color. I wished it came in brown lenses but I like the chocolate frame too much. Overall I have been pretty pleased with my purchase. I would have given it 5 stars it it weren't for those 2 factors I listed. It comes in a beautiful brown case and cloth bag that doubles as a cleaning cloth.
