When I received the product it had a timer scratch in one of the upper corners also Not tight enough and keeps slipping off my face

Lokelani sunglasses
Love the glasses, color lens and style but the nose pads not so much. Have tried adjusting them but they leave a red mark no matter what I’ve tried.
