Nicely made but I'd have to pin it everywhere
So sad. Great qualityThe print wasn't twee. I could fix the sleeves by removing the elastic. Too much unneeded puffiness. However; the bodice fits strangely. The neck opening is big and loose. I'd be falling out, the sleeves would fall off my shoulder. The smocked bodice was too wide and too short. I tried to figure how to alter it, alas.
