Nordstrom sent me the wrong jacket
Returned item because Nordstrom sent me the wrong Mango jacket. They sent me a jacket that doesn’t have shearling trim. I am really disappointed in Nordstroms quality control. This week they sent me the wrong jacket, last week they sent me a pair of shoes that had someone’s hair in the box and none of the packaging was inside the shoes (they were just laying under the shoes). The Star rating has nothing to do with the actual jacket, this is for you Nordstrom

Not as pictured/described
The description and photo are of a faux shearling jacket. I received a faux leather moto jacket - not the same style and did not have shearling. Very disappointing.
