What it does: Ideal for patchy or sparse brows, Aqua Resist Brow Filler is designed to deliver 24-hour waterproof, transfer-proof color. This easy-to-use, twist-up pencil has a triangular tip to add shape and fill in desired areas. The formula glides on smoothly and blends easily with the attached spoolie.

How to use: Use flat edge to lightly outline your desired brow shape and blend in the direction of natural hair growth. Fill in sparse areas using small strokes, starting at the inner eye and moving towards the tail. Use spoolie to blend color and groom brows.
