Mafalda Frilly Tie Bloomer Organic Cotton Shorts

I ordered both pieces to the set and received them separately. The shorts were shipped later by USPS and when I received them, the bag was absolutely obliterated and initially I thought the shorts were OK but as it turns out, there’s a big black stain on the front no Nordstrom won’t give me a price adjustment no they want the item back, which is crazy because this is the last one in my size and I don’t have time to wait for another item. I would happily send pictures of the destroyed bag and the messed up item that I’m now fighting to get the stain out of but no they want me to take time out of my 60 hour work week to print a label and ship . For how much the items at Nordstrom cost do you think we would have decent customer service.
