Fluff and Co Offers Returns and Company Refused my Return; Returning due to poor quality. I would not recommend buying from this company through Nordstrom. Stick with buying directly through Nordstrom.

A really great experience.
I bought two of the largest towels they make. Absolutely love wrapping myself in them. They are REALLY big, comphy, absorbent, and keep me very warm after getting out of the shower.

The Ritz
Ive never stayed at the Ritz, but I suspect this is the towels I would find. Ive spent a lot of money trying premium towels from PB or Frontgate. Those towels are thick and absorbent, but not soft at all. I was flabbergasted when I got the Fluff Co towels. They are the perfect weight, absorbency and softness. The extra size is another luxury. Fluff Co only sells white and that makes sense. Fine Hotel linens are white.
I hope they add a hand towel to the lineup.
