Great looking pants but way too big
I'm normally a 30-31 waist with Lucky Brand. A 31 waist in these is the equivalent to roughly a 36 in their other styles

Missing a belt loop.
I just bought the jeans online and they were missing a belt loop. I liked the jeans a lot in fit. Let them know as there is a an $8 return fee I did not think I should have to pay. They were going to wave the shipping but in talking to them realized I still had to send back and reorder the jeans which were part of the sale. No real apology no sending me the correct jeans I have to reorder. So now I get to pay shipping on the new jeans because they would be under the free ground shipping. So they send me a bad pair of jeans and I have to do all of the work and pay more. Bad customer service and not buying from Lucky Brand online anymore.
