There is absolutely nothing to NOT love about everything Stuart Weitzman! Stuart Weitzman crafts footwear with distinctive style and elegance. These classic, super-classy loafers are no exception. They are gorgeous and timeless. I wore them straight out of the box for 7 hours of walking and standing and they were incredibly comfortable. While they have a firm construction, they are as comfortable as a pair of slippers! LOVE! I look forward tom arching through the Fall and Winter seasons in true style.

I have been a Nordstrom customer for 40+ years! I have had Stuart Weitzman shoes on my top 5 favorites list for over 30+ years. I wasn't able to purchase them in my size earlier because my size (8.5 Medium) sold out so fast. When my size became available online I ordered the shoes at full price. They arrived in a generic white box; no shoe bag and no tissue paper; none of the quality that is the associated with the Stuart Weitzman brand. . The right shoe looked like a floor sample with some scratches on the heel and obvious signs of wear on the top of the shoe. I called to report the issue and I returned the shoes. Two weeks later my size appeared online again and I purchased them again with 2 day shipping. They came in 1 day; the SAME exact pair I had returned!! I called to report this problem and the agent confirmed they were the only ones left and that there were most likely the same shoes. No need to bad mouth Nordstrom, but I am very disappointed!!

Item received in a plastic bag with damaged box. The shoe itself appears as substandard leather- looks more like plastic. There were indents on the heel and worn leather throughout the front, which seems to be manufacturer defects. This loafer is stiff and narrow. Overall the quality is poor. I am very disappointed Nordstrom would ship an item in this condition. Shame on quality control.
