I have sjogrens an autoimmune disease that affects your glands that produce saliva and tears. The dry mouth has been causing many digestive problems but the worst is constipation. I didn’t realize that glutamine was helping keep me more regular until I ran out and didn’t take it for 2 months. I had sever constipation and could only illuminate if I took a laxative or enema. I ordered more right away and after a few days it helped me start up again and going much more regular now. I use it every day with one heaping scoop in my coffee every morning.
