Okay fit.
Okay fit, seems a bit slim in the hip area. Maybe would fit someone that is very slim in the hip area. Husband is 38" chest and 32" hip and the medium just fits. Denim is quite stiff even after washing. Have to iron this shirt, It looks very nice.

Best in class, Levis!
The perfect denim shirt I could ask for. I tried other brands but this fitted perfect. Just to give you perspective, my height is 5.9 with athletic body and small size is the perfect size. If you 5.10 to 6, then go for medium size for perfect fit. If you want baggy style, then size up.
