What it is: A highly-pigmented matte velvet liquid lipstick that offers 12-hours of comfort.
What it does: The long-lasting lipstick comes in eight shades ranging from iconic reds to natural nudes and perfect pinks. The formula is infused with shea butter and meadowfoam oil that provides 12 hours of hydration, moisture and comfort to the lips. The ultra-sensorial formula combines a light velvety whipped texture with incredible color payoff for a blurry matte finish. The Le Rouge Interdit Cream Velvet Lipstick offers multiple looks from a soft-focus blurred to more defined matte-blurred sophisticated lips. For a defined look, use the inner part of the peanut-shaped applicator to fill in your lips and then contour using the tip of the mistake-proof applicator.
How to use: For a soft, blurry makeup effect, apply a small amount of the lipstick and dap gently onto your lips.

Very creamy!

Not long wear
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The color is beautiful and it applies very soft but it will not stay on! It transferred when I tested it gently on my hands, then when I had a drink of water, and almost completely after I had a snack. I'd say there are better reds out there!

Creamy luxury for the lips!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This leaves a really beautiful finish and feel on my lips and feels so pillowy and soft making it very comfortable to wear. Not tight or drying at all like a lot of matte lipsticks I've tried. It really is velvety, both in look and feel. It's sheer but not patchy, and the colour is build able.

Very comfortable
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really enjoyed this lipstick. I don't typically enjoy a liquid lipstick. But this was very comfortable and stayed for a long time. I think the velvet description is perfect. They mentioned that the product has a 12- hour wear, I think this is a bit of a stretch. I had to reapply after eating but it still lasted a few hours and faded naturally.

Great color, but not long lasting
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think this color is divine! Unfortunately, it doesn't last too long and starts the fade and wear off after a couple of hours. It is easy to apply, but of course you need to keep a mirror handy. Soft on the lips!

Goes on nice!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was amazed with how nice this went on my lips and didn't transfer over to my teeth. It is a nice light/neutral color which makes it nice for an every day look for work or out on the town. It didn't last the whole day though, I did have to reapply twice.
