Reading all these bad reviews like...lol. The exterior doesn't feel like leather because its NOT leather. Read what you are buying first before writing a bad/inaccurate review. Per Longchamp's website https://www.longchamp.com/us/en/products/crossbody-bag-xs-10164HYQ001.html:

Trimming : Cowhide leather
The only thing leather is the trim!

Cheap material
I got this bag delivered yesterday, I was excited to open it. But what a disappointment when I feel the material, this is not a $195 bag. For that price I expect better.

The leather...
Very disappointed in the leather selection. This leather is cheap...a highly pigmented and embossed low grade leather with a faux grain print. The brand is clearly making quite the margin but using cheaper materials. I want to see this design with nicer leather and I'll buy all of them.

Way smaller , not worth the money at all. I am a huge longchamp fan and this missed the mark, like a kids purse and way overpriced. Returned

not usual Longchamp quality
This bag is of poor quality and in fact, I question its authenticity. Received in clear plastic bag with bar code label, no Longchamp card in bag or price tag attached, simply placed in plastic mailer, not boxed. The inside seams and corners were not pressed out so the shape wasn’t defined. Sent back.

perfect little bag
Love it. Super roomy for it’s size. This doesn’t feel stiff like the bigger city styles. Fits everything I need. I bought black and Taupe. Love them!
