Heat the wrap in the microwave, and its weight (about 3 pounds), combined with the naturally calming lavender aroma and soothing warmth, relaxes achy muscles. Chill it in the freezer for a refreshing cooldown. Beautifully designed with handles on each end to help position it - and to apply extra pressure if desired. Handmade in Denver.
