Stunning & Sexy! (Redux)
OK, so basically a duplicate of the purple dress, but with a some bling to spice it up instead of the side-slit. Bought this as one of two "formal" gowns for my sweetie for an upcoming cruise. She's not a slim as she was in her youth (neither am I), but this dress in a size 10 was extremely flattering, gorgeous & very sexy (the review for the purple dress states "size 12" - my bad, both are size 10. Keep that in mind, as she normally wears a 12 these days, but these two gowns looked stunning on her in a size 10).
OK, so I'm a guy, but trust me - you will love this dress! Even if you could lose about 20lbs from your tummy, this dress will look stunning....
BTW, she's about 5'4.5", and this dress is not too long (but she does plan to wear heels).

Beautiful gown, but too big
Dress material was lovely: fairly heavyweight jersey with lovely drape. However, dress did not come in petite. Thought I may be able to have it altered, but hem and excessive length prevented that. Would be great on a taller figure.

Dress is well made, beautiful fabric. The material is forgiving and the silhouette is simple classic design. Overall the dress is a little heavy if purchasing for spring or summer. Stunning Dress.

Love it!
I ordered two dresses and kept this one. I was looking for a dress for an upcoming fundraiser that is being held by a non-profit I work for. I was looking for a dress that would compliment my figure, was still a bit sexy - yet a bit modest too.
The dress is a beautiful shade of Navy.... It hides my "around the middle" flaws. (Spanx will help) The v-wrap neckline is a bit low... the tailor is tacking that for me. Being only 5'3" I did have to have it shortened - even with heels. The tailor and the sales clerk who helped me were very complimentary... I like it and that is what counts....

I ordered and returned 5 or 6 dresses for my step daughter's January wedding.
This dress is by far the best looking on my 5'3", 130 lb. body. I ordered size 6 and had it hemmed. I feel taller and the way it hangs in the front covers any imperfections in that area.
The long sleeves are a plus for a winter wedding.
Overall very slimming. I asked the seamstress for one or two stitches in the low neckline to show a little, but not a lot.
Step daughter is fine with me wearing black. The navy would have been my first choice, but MOB is wearing navy.
I needed serious spanks as the jersey material can be unforgiving, but the drape is great.
Price is reasonable in comparison to others I tried.

The Perfect Dress
At the ripe old age of a young 80 I have finally found the perfect dress for all evening occasions.
I am 5'10 and zaftig, wearing a size 16, and it actually has a slimming effect!
