Help for this eyeliner amateur
Read a beauty blogger who said this brush was great for placement of shadow under-eye as liner as well as for more smoky looks. I have such light lashes, feel like I need a little touch of something on lower lashes to lessen contrast of mascara. Some days, want more casual look than eyeliner pencil so finally bought this brush. Works great! Feel like less fall off from this brush than others I tried. Also allows for more exact placement. Have also used for upper eye liner looks. I'm not a skilled eyeliner gal so this brush is a big help to me!

Laura Mercier Smokey Eyeliner Brush
When I need to do more specialist evening makeup I use this . Although suitable for every day . I use it to blend out a pencil eye crayon . For a softer but more dramatic effect . It’s a great addition to my brush set . Although I don’t carry it as an everyday item .

Great for liner but not blending
The brush was a bit stockier than I had anticipated, but I think that was my misunderstanding. I use this to line the eyelid and add a flick. I do have hooded eyes so I tend to use this for evening use when going out out, as it's just a little easier and more subtly to use a pen liner for the day time.
