Large Landon Carryall Duffle Bag

I am SO mad! I ordered this because I am traveling and needed a travel bad. I was so excited when I ordered it. The color is beautiful! But how can Nordstrom not checked their quality of the product before shipping it out. I got a dirty bag that I cannot seem to clean it out. Also there’s already seams of the strap already coming apart. I just got it today!

The quality is fine. Sleek looking, and it's really nice that the handles are actually long enough to wear on the shoulder. Neoprene is thick, zippers are solid and the clips are metal, not plastic. I liked that it folded down into a duffle or unsnapped at the sides to become a large tote. But because of the thick neoprene on both the exterior and interior, and their decision to use heavy-weight everything (webbing on the straps, strap clips, zippers), it's just really heavy. It's fine that it's large, but the bag itself is already pretty heavy when empty, so I don't want to bring it traveling. The description says 3+ lbs, which is a little less than half the total weight of my carry-on hard-sided suitcase (incl handle and wheels). Some people may see the heavy materials as a mark of good quality, but this doesn't really work for my needs, unfortunately. Might work better as a weekender or for things like road trips where you go straight from home to your car to your destination.
