What it does: Effectively preps and delivers long-lasting hydration to skin, removing impurities and preparing it for the rest of your skin-care routine.
How to use: Use after cleansing and before your other skin-care products. For best results, use twice daily, morning and night. Dispense a small amount onto a cotton pad and gently wipe across your face and neck, avoiding the eye area. Follow with your favorite serum and moisturizer.

Do not buy this toner! The formula has been changed and not for the better. I will be replacing this toner for other products soon and it will not be Lancôme. I have used this toner for a very long time and everything has changed and has a strong chemical smell to it and it does not leave your skin hydrated and smooth like the original one did.
